Alan M. Feldman
Chairman of the Board, International Center for Responsible Gaming
Distinguished Fellow in Responsible Gaming, UNLV International Gaming Institiute
Alan Feldman, who spent 29 years as a senior executive with MGM Resorts International, joined UNLV’s International Gaming Institute (IGI) as a Distinguished Fellow in Responsible Gaming in 2019. Feldman leads IGI’s responsible gaming efforts, including further developing programs and policies to advance knowledge and capabilities within the industry and regulatory community.
Prior to his recent departure from MGM, Feldman spearheaded the launch of GameSense—an innovative, player-focused national responsible gambling program that encourages players to adopt behaviors and attitudes that can reduce the risk of developing gambling disorders. Over his 30-plus year career, Feldman has also developed relationships with academics, clinicians, public health officials, and problem gambling patients and is a frequent speaker on responsible gaming at conferences, universities, and media events around the world. He also serves as chair of the Nevada Advisory Committee on Problem Gambling. Feldman continues to advise MGM on its ongoing efforts to improve the planning, development, and implementation of responsible gaming policies and programs.
Arthur Paikowsky

Arthur Paikowsky was appointed president of ICRG on Oct. 1, 2021. Paikowsky has served on the fund raising team of the Birthright Israel Foundation for 13 years. He has worked in the nonprofit organization sphere for 43 years and has served organizations that have raised one billion dollars for not-for-profit causes. Prior to working with the Birthright Israel Foundation, Paikowsky served as a fund-raising consultant with Chai Hopes LLC and as executive vice president of the Jewish Federation of Greater Phoenix. He earned a master’s degree in social work at Yeshiva University.
